I Give and Devise All that my Messuage or Tenement with the Outhouses or Yard or Backside thereunto Adjoyning or belonging containing by Estimation Six Perches of Ground more or less with their and every of their Appurts Situate lying and being in Deal aforesaid in a certain Shot there called Chamberlains Fee and which I lately Purchased to me and my Heirs of and from Charity Wealand Widow and also all other my Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my loving Wife Sarah Dawes and her Assigns for and during the Term of her Natural life if she shall so long Continue a Widow and Unmarried
And from and after the Decease or Marriage of my said Wife which shall first happen Then I Give and bequeath All the same Premises unto my Brothers John Dawes of Watford in the County of Hertford Labourer and Richard Dawes of Deal aforesaid Victualler Equally to be Divided between them and they to take as Tenants in Common and not as Joint tenants and to their Several and respective heirs and Assigns for ever
And as to all and Singular my Goods Chattells Effects Debts due and owing to me Money Securities for Money and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what Nature or Kind soever the same may be (from and after the Payment of all my Just Debts and Funeral Expences) I Give and bequeath the same and every Part thereof unto my said Wife Sarah Dawes to and for her own Use and Benefit
And I make and Appoint my said Wife Sarah Dawes full and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
And Lastly I revoke all former Wills by me made

June in the first year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and
