Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Anne Fishers three Children five pound[es] a
peece, to be paid unto them at the full age of 21 yeares, and if it fortune any of the said Children
doe dye before they accomplish the said yeares of one and twenty, that then theire porc[i]on to
goe unto the other that shall then be livinge.
Item I give unto my Godsonne John Fisher, sonne of the said Anne, one Bedstedle, one
featherbed, one fether boulster, and the furniture to it belonging,
And to her second, Thomas Fisher, one fetherbed w[i]th the furniture belonging.
Item I give and bequeath unto the said Anne Fisher her three Children all my pewter,
brass and lynnen, equally to be devided amongst them, and two tables in the hall, one unto the
eldest, the other unto the second, and unto every of the said [�children� omitted] a Chaire apeece,
and unto every one of them a Chest apeece.
Item I give unto John my sonnes sonne five pound[es], to be paid w[i]thin three yeares after my decease, if I dye not before the thirtie pound legacy given by my husband be not received, and that if it fortune the said John Francklin die before the tyme of payment, that then the said five pound[es] to goe to the Children of the said Ann Fisher my daughter.
Item I will and bequeath unto my daughters two yonger sonnes Thomas and Gyles the
two bigger silver spones and to her sonne John the least spoone.
Item I give unto the said three sonnes each of them a payre of Andirons and two spittes
and two dripping panes to the two eldest each of the[m] a spit and a drippinge panne.
Item I give and bequeath unto my Goddaughter Anne Maskall my Cobard in the hall.
The residue of my good[es] and Chattell[es], my debts, legacyes and funerall[es] being paid, I wholy give and bequeath unto John Fisher my sonne in lawe, whome I make and ordaine my Executor of this my last will and testament.

[This present will, of Jane Day, while she lived, of the parish of Boughton Munchelsey in the Archdeaconry of Canterbury, deceased, was proved on the second day of the month of November 1619, Before Master James Byssell, clerk, lawful substitute of the worshipful and distinguished Sir George Newman, Knight and Doctor of Laws, and Official, lawfully deputed, of the reverend Lord the Archdeacon of Canterbury etc, By the oath of John Fisher, the executor named in this will, And approved and favoured in respect thereof etc, And the burden of execution of the same will was committed to the said executor, he having been first sworn touching [God�s holy gospels] etc, Saving the right etc. Dated and etc. It is examined]
