And as concerning such worldly goods as the Lord hath lent me, I doe appoint and ordaine my loving brother John Wallis to be my whole and sole executrix for the making the best of my estate, for the payment of my debts, and for the bringing up of my two children,

And further I doe make and appoint Thomas Birsty of Heaver and George Sarlle of Brasted to be my Overseers to this my will, that care may be taken by them that the most may be made of my estate for the benefit of my two children,

And what overplus of money shall remaine in my executors hands when my children be put out at their severall ages of one and twentie yeares or day of their marriage, which shall first happen,
And what money shalbe made more of my estate and the bringing up of my Children, my executor shall give securitie unto my two Overseers,
And what benefit shalbe made shall still remaine for the increase of their stocke.

This will was proved at London before the Judges for Probate of wills and granting Administrac[i]ons, lawfully authorized, the seaventh day of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord God one Thousand six hundred Fiftie seven, By the oath of John Wallis, the brother and sole executor named in the said will, To whome was committed Administrac[i]on of all and singuler the goods, Chattels and debts of the said deceased, He being first in due forme of law sworne well and truly to ad[mini]ster the same.
