Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Dinah Day the Sum of Fifteen Pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain, to be paid her by her Brother David Day of Egerton aforesaid.
I further give and bequeath unto James Woolley Juner of the Parish of Egerton the Sum of Five Pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain, to be paid to him by my said Son David Day of Egerton aforesaid.
Farther I give unto my said Son David Day all and singular my Goods and Chattells, of what kind soever and wheresoever, as my Debts due to me, my Stock and Crop of Corn and Hay, and all other things whatsoever now belonging or to be belonging to me, whom I do hereby constitute, make and ordain my only and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
And I do hereby utterly make void, disallow, revoke and disanul all and every other former Testaments, Wills and Legacys by me in any Wise before this time made or given, willed or bequeathed, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament.

[The before-written will of Sarah Day, late of Egerton in the diocese of Canterbury, widow, deceased, Was proved etc on the fourth day of August 1730 before Master James Henstridge, Clerk, lawful surrogate of the worshipful Richard Chicheley, Doctor of Laws, Commissary General of the City and Diocese of Canterbury, And administration of all and singular the goods etc concerning the said deceased and his will was committed to David Day, the son etc of the said deceased and the executor named in the said will etc, he having been first sworn on the holy etc.]
