and I give and bequeath unto the said Thomas Deane and James Taylor
the elder their executives administrators and assignes all and every my household
furniture goods chattles monies stock leases farming estate and effects of what
nature or kind soever (subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and
testamentary expenses ) upon trust (with all convenient speed after my decease) to
convert the same estate effects and premises into money in any way they may in
their discretion think best and I do direct that my said Executors shall stand
possessed of the said effects estate and premises and the money to arise from the
sale thereof upon trust as to one equal seventh part thereof for the absolute benifit
of my wife Martha Deane her executors administrators and assignes and as to the
remaining six seventh parts thereof On trust to pay and apply the same for and
towards the benifit maintainance and advantage of all and every my children the
same to be applied by my Executors for the purposes aforesaid in such way as they
my said Executives may in their discretion think best without incurring any risk for
using such discretion and I hereby give and devise unto the said Thomas Deane and
James Taylor their heirs administrators and asignes respectively all the estates
which at the time of my decease shall be vested in me upon trust or by the way of
mortgage of which I have power to dispose of by this my Will and their rights
members and appurtenances according to the nature and quality thereof
respectively upon the trusts and subject to the equity of redemption which at the
time of my decease shall be subsisting or capable of taking effect but the money
secured on such mortgages to be considered and taken as part of my personal
estate and I appoint the said Thomas Deane and James Taylor Guardian and
Guardians of the persons and estates of my children during their respective
minorities in Witness whereof I the said Richard Deane the Testator have to this my
last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this thirtieth day of April in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight

On the 24th May 1842 Administration (with the Will annexed) of the goods chattles and effects of Richard Deane late of Crouch in the Parish of Wrotham in the County of Kent farmer deceased was granted to Martha Deane widow the Relict and one of the universal Legatees named in the said Will having been first sworn by Commission only to administer Thomas Deane the Brother and James Taylor the elder the Executors and universal Legatees in trust named in the said Will died in the lifetime of the said Testator
