This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Delmar of the City of Canterbury Brewer

First I give devise & bequeath all and every my messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments and parts and shares of Messuages Lands Tenements & Hereditaments and all other my real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and also all and every my goods chattels monies securities for money effects and personal whatsoever and wheresoever (Subject nevertheless to the payment of my just debts funeral expences & the charges and expences of proving this my Will) unto and to the only use and benefit of my dear Wife Harriott her heirs Exors Admors & Assigns

And I do hereby make nominate and appoint my said dear Wife Harriott the sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
And hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments by me made I declare this to be my last

In Witness whereof I the said Charles Delmar the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal the thirty first day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and nineteen Chas Delmar

On 7th July 1828 Admon with Will annexed of the Goods of Charles Delmar late of the City of Canterbury deceased was granted to Wm Delmar Esqre Charles Delmar & James Delmar three of the natural and lawful children being first sworn by commission duly to Administer
Harriott Delmar Widow the relict sole Extrix & Universal Legatee renounced
