I make & declare this to be my last Will and Testament
I give and bequeath All my Property of whatsoever description to my two daughters Fanny Delmar and Mary Ann Delmar to be equally divided between them for their absolute use and benefit

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the 15th day of January 1845 _ Hannah Delmar _ Clapham

On the 21st September 1848 Admon (with the Will annexed) of the goods chattels and credits of Hannah Delmar formerly of Clapham in the County of Surry but late of Canterbury in the County of Kent Widow deceased was granted to Mary Ann Delmar Spinster the daughter and one of the universal Legatees named in the Will having been first sworn duly to administer
