In the name of god Amen the 2nd day of Julye in the yere of our lord god mmo. vC Lij [1552]
I Thomas Den of the paryshe of Lympne in the cowntye of Kent make my laste will and testament in maner and form followynge First I bequeathe my Soull to allmightye god and my bodye to be buryed in the churche yarde of Lympne aforesaid

Item I bequeathe to Katheryn my wyffe all my household stuffe and my wo(o)d lyinge in Aldyngton park sawynge one lode whyche I give to James Webbe
The Residewe of my goods unbequeathed I put to the discrecion of my brother John A Den whom I ordaigne myne executor

This ys the Laste Wyll and testament of me Thomas Den aforesaid the day and yere above wryten concernynge my house and lands Lyenge and beinge in the paryshes of Lympne and Westhythe

First I wyll myne executor shall sell my house and land in the parishe of Lympne for the most value he can
And I wyll hym to paye to Katheryn my wyffe the holl money thereof comynge a xiij s iiij d yerely tyll the holle money be payd

Item I give and bequethe to Roberte my Sonne all my landes lyinge and beinge in the parishe of Westhythe to him and his hayeres for ever And I wyll hym to enter into it when he comethe to XX yeres of age and in [the] mean tyme I wyll my brother John Aden shalhave the kepynge of my Sone and the sayd lands lyenge in Westhithe to keep him With all

And if yt fortune my brother John to departe this world before my Son Roberte com to the age aforesaid Then I wyll that my brothers Mighell Adene and Henry A Den shalhave the kepynge of my Son Roberte And I wyll they also to have his lands untyll he come to the age aforesaid for his kepynge
