to Augustine at Wood my ? that he shall soon after my decease sell my tenement and garden to the best price that can be made thereof and the money thereof to be delivered to my Executor to pay my debts to fulfil this my last will.
First I will have my masses done for me and for the souls of my parents after my decease and
immediately after my decease 16 masses said by the parson of Wormshill.
Also I will have at my burying 4 masses and at my yearmind(?) day 5 masses and at my yearmind I
will have ? ? masses and ? ? ? 6s 8d and so every year following at my yearmind 6s 8d to the
full sum be disposed of the said tenement and garden.
Also I will that the said sum of money so received of the said tenement and garden shall not be delivered unto my Executors unto the term and day of my yearmind next following after this present date.
