Firste I bequethe to the churche of Kingstone Aforesaid Three shillinges & fouer pence of Currante mony of Yngland.
Item I give unto the poore people of thesaid p’ish of Kingstone Twelve pence
Item I give unto Agnes my wiffe all my moveable goods
Item I give and bequethe my Tenement in the p’isshe of Kingstone Aforesaid called Marley And all my landes therunto belonging
And also my too Tenementes and all the landes therunto belonging lying in Wimlinghwilde [=Womenswold] And all my Tenementes in the
p’isshe of Wotton and all my landes to them belonging w’th all my landes in Lidden And all my landes ells where
w’thin the Countie of Kente I give to Agnes my wife aforesaid for tenne of hir life
she keepin Repacions to all the Tenementes aforesaid And also fynding my sonn Thomas during his life Competent Aparell And
sufficiente meate & Drinke
And after her? decease I will that all those landes and Tenementes Aforesaid shall
Remayne to Agnes Yonge my daughter for terme of her life under this condicion following That is to say
That she the said Agnes Yonge shall fynde my foresaid sonne Thomas Dene sufficiente and holsome meate & Drinke for his
body bothe in sicknes & in helthe And also well & Sufficiently Appareled bothe with linen and woollen clothe and all other things
necessarye for a man to weare as shoes and gydle in as large ina?nner as he were able to provid them
him selfe during his liffe
And after the decease of Agnes Yonge my daughter I will that all my said landes & Tenementes aforesaid shall goo to Vincent Yonge
& William Yonge my daughter Agnes Yonges too sonns And to ther heyers of ther bodies lawfully begotten for ever
And yf yt fortune Thomas my sonne to overlive Agnes Yonge my daughter Then I will that the said Vincent Yonge &
William Yonge her too sonnes shall keep & mayentayne Thomas Dene my sonne in as full and ample manner as is aforesaid during his liffe
Item I geve unto Issabell Yonge my daughters daughter Seaven poundes of currante mony of Ynglande to be paied unto her the
day of her marriage
Item I give unto Agnes Yonge her sister aforesaid Seaven poundes of Currante mony of England to be paied unto the said Agnes
at the day of her marriage
And of this my laste will and Testamente I make And ordeyne Agnes Dene my wiffe sole Executrix
And I make my welbeloved in Christe John Nashe of Barham my overseer
And to hym I give for his paynes eighte shillinges of Currante mony of Yngland to be paied to him p‘sently after my decease
In wittenes hereof I have hereunto sett my hand yeven the day and yere Above written And confirmed in
the p’sence of these men whose names here under be written by me
