I will unto my daughter Denne of ? Street my other ? gown with a plain red petticoat.
Item I will my daughter Sabin my best petticoat with a fawny(?) damask kirtle.
Item I will my son Thomas Denne five pairs of fine sheets and two pairs of coarse sheets
one fine tablecloth and one course tablecloth.
Item I will unto Henry Denne my son my bedstead which I lie upon with the feather bed a
pair of blankets one bolster three pillows one coverlet next to the best fine coverlet with the
valance and all things belonging to them.
Item I will unto Henry my son my great brass pot and my little brass pot one little pot ? half
a dozen of the pewter dishes of the bigger sort and half a dozen of the lesser sort two pairs
of sheets and two pairs of coarse sheets two pillow cloths two table cloths one fine one coarse
one dozen of table napkins.
Item I will unto Vincent Denn my son two pairs of sheets one table cloth one dozen of
coarse table napkins one towel.
Item I will unto my daughter Denne of ? Street ? ? pair of blankets one bolster one little
coverlet.
Item I will unto my daughter Sabin one featherbed one pair of blankets one bolster two
pairs of sheets one fine sheet which she already hath with ? pillow cotes which already she hath.
Item I will unto my cousin Alice twenty shillings.
Item I will unto my daughter Dennes four daughters Joane Denn, Louise Denn, Alice
Denne and Elizabeth Denne ten pounds apiece to be paid them six months after my decease.
Item I will unto my daughter Dixson that money which is in my son Thomas Denne�s
hands and her two children 10 shillings apiece.
Item I will unto my son Dennes four children of ? Street 20 shillings to be equally
divided between them.
Item I give unto Henry Denne my son 10 pounds and unto Vincent Denn my
son 10 pounds and unto Jane Denn my daughter 10 pounds and unto Joane, Sabine my
daughter 10 pounds.
Item I give unto my daughter Dixson two pairs of sheets.
Item I will all my wearing linen unto my daughter Dixson my daughter Denne of ? Street and my
daughter Sabine to be equally divided between them.
Item I give unto my servants that now dwell with me four shillings apiece.
Item I give unto my son Thomas Denn all my manor of Panastes(?) with the appertuances with all the rentals rents
and ? thereunto belonging.
Item I give unto Vincent Denne son of John Denne late of Canterbury
Denne Esq my lands in Kingston which I purchased of Richard ? such time as he shall come to the age
of twenty one years and when to receive the profits thereof until he come to the age of 16 years and my
mind is that Walter Denn shall have the profit of that land until such time as abovesaid and Walter
Denn to be Vincent Denn his heir and if they both die without issue of their bodies lawfully begotten
then my mind is that my son Denne of ? shall have my lands in Kingston and my mind is my son
Denne of ? shall have the letting of the said lands until Vincent Denn come to the age of twenty one
years and the profit so remaining in my Executor�s hands to be paid unto Walter Denn at his age of 16
years and if my Executor live not so long that then my mind is the mother of Vincent and Walter shall
execute it as above ? ? ? and after coming to the age of sixteen years my mind is Vincent Denne shall
receive(?) the profits of the lands himself.
This is the last Will and Testament of me the said Joane
Denne of Kingston widow as touching my manor of .annstede and my lands in Kingston and all else
bequeath before given. And I do revoke all other wills heretofore by me made. And I make William
Denne of Barham(?) my son and sole Executor or this my last Will and Testament all my other goods
whether(?) moveable or else I give unto William Denne my Executor. Joane Denne her mark.
