and Marie Denne daughters of the said William Denne my brother, the sum of ten pounds of lawful
money of England a piece.
Item, I give and bequeath unto my brother in law William Denn of Bishopsbourne in the Countie
of Kent aforesaid, yeoman, the sum of fiftie pounds of lawful money of England.
Item, I give and bequeath unto John Denne sonne of the said William Denn my brother in
law, the sum of five pounds of lawful money of England.
Item, I give and bequeath unto David Denne, Margaret Denne and Anne Denne children of the
said William Denne my brother in law, the sum of ten pounds of lawful money of England, a piece.
Item, I give and bequeath unto Vincent

of John Denne late of the city of Canterbury, esquire, deceased, the sum of five pounds of lawful
money of England a piece to be paid unto .... and of them their personal ages of twentie and one
years or at their personal marriages, which shall first and next happen.
I give and bequeath unto John Dixon of Chilham in the Countie of Kent, yeoman, and to Margaret

Item, unto my said brother William Denne of Kingstone aforesaid, gent, shall will and .... pay or .... to be paid the several legacies in and by this my last will and testament given and bequeathed them and not afterwards. I give and bequeath unto my said brother William Denne of Kingstone aforesaid gent, and to his heirs and assigns forever all and singular my messuages, lands, tenements, and hereditaments within the said Countie of Kent or also where within the realm of England, and then also I make and ordain my said brother William Denne of Kingstone aforesaid gent, the sole and Executor of this my last will and testament provided always that if my estate in goods, chattels, lands, tenements and hereditaments shall not be sufficient to pay all said legacies either bequeathed.
Item, I will that ..... be paid .... the fist as my estate in goods, chattels, messuages, land, tenements and hereditaments shall .... unto according to the proportion of his legacy .... and my will and meaning is that also my said brother William Denne of Kingstone aforesaid gent, shall .... this my last will and testament or to ..... legacies herein bequeathed .... as my said goods, chattels, lands, tenements and hereditaments shall extend unto, then and not otherwise.
I give and bequeath all and singular my said lands, tenements and hereditaments within the realm of England unto my said brother in law William Denne of Bishopsbourne aforesaid yeoman, his heirs and assigns forever, he or they paying the legacies by this my last will and testament bequeathed or as my said goods, chattels, lands, tenements, and hereditaments shall extend unto. And form and not afterwards I make and ordain my said brother in law William Denne of Bishopsbourne aforesaid yeoman the sole and only executor of this my Last Will and Testament is my will and meaning my said lands, tenements and hereditaments shall charge with the payment of the legacies by this my last will and testament given and bequeathed.
Item, I do hereby make and
ordain the said Thomas Foxall and Edward Sainn overseers of his my .... last will and testament.
And I do hereby .... revoke and .... all and every other former testaments, wills, legacies
bequeathed, executors and overseers by my in any .... before this by me named, willed and
bequeathed .... this for my last will and testament in volumes whereof I the above named Henrie
