January the Ninth One Thousand six hundred Fifty three
I Thomas Denne of Parmestead in Upper Hardres in the Countey of Kent doe make and declare my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following

First if so be the Estate of all my Once tenements & hereditaments in the Countie of Kent & Cittie of Canterburie should not be in deed and in law vested in Vincent Denne my eldest sonne and in his heires for ever according to my reall intention expressed in a deede of the same date doe hereby bequeath all those my houses and Landes arrable and woodlands and pasture Ground in the Parishes of Upper Hardres and Barham
And all that my house and Landes in Charren in the Occupation of Thomas Hill
And that my house and Garden in Sainte Alphage in Canterburie with all and singular theire appurtenances
And all my Estate Title and Interest in all and every of them to Vincent Denne my eldest sonne his heires and Assignes for ever

Item I give unto William Denne my second sonne five shillings
Item I give unto John Denne my Thirde sonne twentie shillings
Item I give unto Elizabeth Denne my only daughter five shillings

And I make Vincent Denne my eldest sonne sole executor of this my last will and Testament
In Witnesse whereof I have sett my hande and seale January the ninth One Thousand Six Hundred Fiftie Three

Probate Westminster 27 Oct 1654 by the oath of Vincent Denney the natural and lawfull sonne and sole executor named in the above written Will To whom Administration of all and singular the goods Chattells and debts of the said deceased was Committed he being first legally sworne trulie and faithfullie to administer the same.
