First I give bequeath and devise unto John Tomes(?)son of my sister Mary Tomes(?) deceased the sum
of twenty pounds of lawful money of England to be paid unto him by my Executors within six months
next after my decease.
Item I give and devise unto William Tomes another son of my said sister Mary
the like sum of twenty pounds of like lawful money to be paid unto him by my said Executors at his
age of one and twenty years.
Item I give and devise unto Edward Tomes another son of my said sister
Mary the sum of three score pounds of lawful money of England to be paid unto him by my said
Executors at his age of one and twenty years.
And I do make nominate appoint and ordain my well
beloved wife Elizabeth Denne and John Young of Sturry in the county aforesaid yeoman, son of my
said wife Elizabeth the joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament fully and wholly giving
bequeathing and devised unto them all the residue of my goods chattels leases and ready money not
before by me herein given bequeathed or devised (my debts legacies and funeral charges paid and
discharged) revoking and making void all former and other wills and testaments by me formerly made.
In witness whereof I the said Henry Denne have set my hand and annexed my seal to this my will this
fourteenth day of January in the year of our Lord God one thousand six hundred fifty six. Henry

This will was proved at London the six and twentieth day of June one thousand six hundred fifty eight before the Judge for probate of wills and by the oaths of Elizabeth Denne the relict and John Young Executors and to whom administration was committed and they being first sworn by commission truly to administer.
