In the name of God Amen I Anne Denn of Sandwich, widow being weak in body but of sound memory praised be God for the same do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in writing in manner following. Imprimis my Soul I commit to God my Creator trusting by the alone merits of Christ my Redeemer to be made partaker of a better life after this mortal life ended my body I commit to the Earth to be buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named.

Item I give and bequeath unto Anne Paramour of Sandwich, widow my loving daughter all that my messuage or tenement with the appertuances thereto belonging situate in the Parish of St Peters in Sandwich in a street there called Potters Street now in the occupation of ? Harding or his assigns to her and her assigns during her natural life and from and after her decease I give the same messuage and appertuances unto Daniel Denne and Elizabeth Denne son and daughter of my son Daniel Denne deceased to Daniel Denn son of my son Thomas Denn deceased and to John Paramour Sarah Paramour Anne Paramour and Mary Paramour son and daughters of my daughter Anne Paramour to have and to hold the same unto my said grandchildren their heirs and assigns forever.

Item I further will that all my personal estate whatsoever after my decease shall be valued and appraised and after my debts funeral expenses and probate of my will paid and satisfied I will that the overplus shall put out to interest upon security by bond or otherwise by my two friends David Turner of Sandwich, Gentleman and Richard Hayward of the same, Gentleman in their names at their discretion and that the use and benefit of the money so put out shall be duly paid until the said Anne Paramour my daughter to her own use during her natural life and after her decease I do give and bequeath the said principal money so put out unto my said grandchildren aforenamed or so many of them as shall be then living equally to be divided amongst them.

I(?) will notwithstanding and do hereby bequeath unto John and Thomas ? children of George ? of Sandwich the sum of ten shillings apiece to be paid unto them by my Executrix within six months after my decease.

And I do make my said daughter Anne Paramour sole Executrix of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of March Ano Domini 1664 (Latin) Anne Denn her mark. Sealed delivered published and declared by the said Anne Denn to be her last will in the presence of
Thomasin Cooke her mark and Edward Taylor.
