First I do hereby give and devise my lease of the house called Little Brittain(?) in the Parish of Ickham in the
said County of Kent which I hold under Anne Gowely(?) widow unto my son David Denne his
executors administrators and assigns.
Item I give devise and bequeath all and singular other my goods
chattels and personal estate whatsoever (after my debts and funeral charges paid and discharged
thereout) unto my son Henry Denne whom I make and ordain sole Executor of this my last will.
And as to all and every my messuages lands and hereditaments I give and dispose the same as followeth.
Imprimis I give and devise the house wherein I now dwell together with all and every the lands and
appertuances thereunto belonging situate lying and being in Littlebourne aforesaid unto my son John
Denne and to his heirs forever.
Item I give and devise my piece of meadow land called Horwoods(?)
Meadow with the appertuances lying and being in the Parish of Ickham aforesaid unto my said son
David Denne and his heirs forever.
Item I give and devise my house with the lands and appertuances
thereunto belonging situate lying and being in the said Parish of Ickham and now in the occupation of
the widow Brooker or her assigns and also my moiety(?) of my messuage with the appertuances situate
and being in Littlebourne aforesaid now in the occupation of Matthew Price or his assigns unto my son
Thomas Denne and his heirs forever.
Item I give and devise my piece of meadow land called the Three
Acres and also the orchard thereunto adjoining with their appertuances lying and being in the said
Parish of Ickham unto my said son Henry Denne and his heirs forever.
In witness whereof I have
hereunto put my hand and seal the day and year first above written. David Denne. Signed sealed
published and declared by the said David Denne the Testator to be his last Will and Testament
(revoking all former wills) in the presence of
William Denne, William Burke, William Stratton.
