In the name of God Amen I Elizabeth Denn of Littlebourne in the County of Kent, widow being of sound mind and understanding blessed be Almighty God but being mindful of my mortality do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say. First I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping through his merits death and passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon and forgiveness of all my sins and to inherit everlasting life. And my body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor hereafter named. And as concerning the disposition of my personal estate as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give and dispose thereof.
First I will that my debts and funeral charges shall be discharged by my Executor.

Item I give unto my son John Denn the sum of forty five pounds of lawful money of England to be paid by my Executor within nine months after.
Item I give unto my son Thomas Denn the sum of twenty pounds of lawful money of England to be paid by my Executor within nine months after my decease.
Item I give unto my son David Denn the sum of one shilling to be paid by my Executor within nine months after my decease.

Item my will is that my son John Denn and Mr John Franklin of Littlebourne aforesaid shall be Trustees and Guardians to and for my two daughters Mary and Elizabeth Denn until they shall come and be of the age of two and twenty years and after shall have full power to look after their money and other things whatsoever.
Item I give unto my son John Denn and Mr John Franklin the sum of two shillings for their trouble and care therein to ? ? my Executor.

Item I give and bequeath unto my two daughters Mary and Elizabeth Denn all the rest and residue of my personal estate goods and chattels whatsoever whom I make constitute and appoint to be my ? ? Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
Item my will is that my two daughters Mary and Elizabeth shall have the interest of their money paid them as it shall come due but the principal shall not be paid till they shall come and be of the age of twenty two years. And after I will and require my son John and Mr John Franklin if they shall think well of it to pay or raise the money to be paid to my two daughters Mary and Elizabeth at the day of marriage if that shall happen before they come to the age of two and twenty.

Item my will is in case that the said Mary or Elizabeth Denn shall die before they shall come to the age of twenty two years that then fifty pounds of lawful money of England shall be equally divided between the said John, Thomas, David, Mary or Elizabeth which shall be then living or their executors or administrators.

And I do hereby revoke disannul and make void all former wills and testaments by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Denn to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this twenty third day of November Ano Domini 1698. Elizabeth Denn. Signed sealed and declared in the presence of the said Testator.
