First I give and bequeath unto my brother in law John Fuller the sum of
one shilling.
Item I give and bequeath unto Mary the wife of Thomas King of Deptford Tailor the sum
of five pounds.
Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Brockhurst(?) the wife of John Brockhurst(?)
the sum of five pounds.
Item I give and bequeath unto my kinsman James Denn the sum of four pounds.
Item I give and bequeath unto my kinsman Thomas Elgar(?) and his wife thirty shillings apiece
to each of them to buy two rings to wear in remembrance of me.
And all and singular the rest residue
and remainder of my personal estate goods chattels debts money and all other things whatsoever not
before given and bequeathed my debts and legacies being first paid and funeral expenses performed I
give devise and bequeath unto Sarah Price the wife of Thomas Price that now lives with me and I do
hereby nominate and appoint the said Sarah Price full and whole Executrix of this my last Will and
Testament and I do hereby desire and appoint my loving friend Richard Turner of Leasing Heath in the
Parish of Erith in the said County of Kent to be Overseer of this my last Will and Testament and to be
aiding and assisting unto my said Executrix in the due ? thereof.
And I do hereby give and bequeath unto the said Richard Turner the sum of five pounds for his
care and trouble in that behalf.
Revoking all former wills by me heretofore made and ? ordain this only to be my last Will and Testament. In
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written. James
