Item, I give and bequeath unto my Grandson Vincent Denne son of my son John Denne late of the city of Canterbury, Gentleman, the sum of forty pounds of lawful money of England to be paid to my son and executor within twelve months next after my decease.
Item, I will the sum of one hundred and twenty pounds of lawful money of England to be paid by my said Executor within twelve months next after my decease unto the hands of my cousin William Hopkins of Snolson House London in .... Hampshire, to be by him paid equally divided between my cousins hereafter named that is to say Anthony Hopkins, Thomas Hopkins, Robert Hopkins, Samuel Hopkins, Martha Hopkins, and Olive Hopkins.
Item, I give and bequeath the sum of ninety pounds of lawful money of England to be likewise paid by my said Executor into the hands of my said kinsman William Hopkins within twelve months after my decease and to be by my said kinsman paid and equally divided between my cousins hereafter named that is to say Susanna Estall, Altre? Valentine, Martha Valentine, Ann Valentine, and George Valentine.
Item I give and bequeath the like sum of ninety pounds of like lawful money to be likewise paid within twelve months next after my decease into the hands of my aforesaid cousin William Hopkins and to be likewise by him paid equally divided between my cousin George�s children.
Item, I will and bequeath the sum of one hundred and forty pounds of like money to be likewise paid by my said executor within twelve months next after my decease to my said cousin William Hopkins and to be by him equally divided among his children, and my will further is and to hereby declare that my said cousin William Hopkins receipt shall be a good and sufficient discharge in Law to my said Executor for all and every of the said legacies that shall be paid by my said executor into his hands as aforesaid.
Item, I will and give all my ordinary cloaths between Margaret Paine of Ashford aforesaid
widow and Frances Anston of the same, widow.
Item I give unto my kinswoman Elizabeth Horgham?
one shilling to be paid by my executor within three months next after my decease.
Item I give and bequeath all my linen and my .... unto my kinsman William Hopkins.
Item I give and devise my Tenement with the side garden and appurtenances there unto belonging situate lying and being in Ashford now in occupation of me the said Mary Denn and Denn Shrubsole unto John Simmonds of Ashford aforesaid gent his heirs and assigns to the use and .... of the said John Simmonds his heirs and assigns forever.
