In the Name of God Amen, I Mary Denn of Deal in the County of Kent, widow relict of Mr Vincent Denn, pilot of Deal aforesaid do make this my last Will and Testament and desire it may be received by all as such.

Imprimis that part of the house which my sister Jane Cooke lives in belonging to me I give to Mrs Cooke�s children Andrew(?) and Mary.

Item my brother ? and his wife each of them a ring (? twenty shillings each).
Item I give my part of the house which was my fathers to Thomas Teal (tenanted(?) by Thomas Love).
Item I give my part of the house which was my ? to Elizabeth Tucker and my bed quilt and a silver spoon marked (MJ) to her daughter Mary Tucker.
Item Mrs Cooke�s children Thomas, ? and Elizabeth Tucker each of them to bear and equal part in proportion of my funeral and all other charges.

Item I do constitute my sister Jane Cooke my sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand the 2nd December 1721. Mary Denn her mark. Witness
