Item I give to Mary my loving wife this house I live in and the three tenements that Nicholas Low, John Wilson and the widow ? now live in during her life and after my wife�s decease to my three daughters to be equally divided and to their heirs forever.
Item I give to Vincent Collyer son of James and Hana Collyer five pounds to be paid in
one year after my wife�s decease by my Executors.
Item I give to John Quick son of John and Elizabeth Quick five pounds to be paid by my
Executors one year after my wife�s decease.
Item I give to Denne Tudor son of Thomas Tudor and Thomasin his wife five pounds to be
paid in one year after my wife's decease by my Executors out of the rents and profits
of my four houses.
Item I do make and ordain my wife and my brother Thomas Denne Executors of all
my goods both real and personal. This being my last Will and Testament this fourth day of October
