Item I give to my three sons William Denn, Thomas Denn, James Denn sons of Thomas Denn and Mary his wife all my lands I shall hereafter name.
Item I give this house, barns, stables, orchards, garden and four acres
of pasture in two closes(?) be there more or less in Walmer I now live in, in Mongeham Field(?) a place
called Waddling Three Acres be there more or less.
Item more one rod in Elinor Dane in Mongeham be there more or less.
Item I give more Ten Acres of land in Walmer the west side of a piece of land called
the Twenty Acres with the appertuances be there more or less
and also one ? an half at a place called Southend and also half an acre and sixteen parthes(?) at a place called Wood(?) and one piece of land at
Eight Acres from there unto hill(?) to ? Hill close ? by ? ? in the Bottom and by a crop way above.
And also one piece of land containing Four Acres more or less at a place called Whitehill(?) and also one
piece of land at a place called Nomanpett(?) being three rods which said pieces or parcels of land do lie
in Walmer above mentioned except Three Acres and a rod in Mongeham.
All which lands that lie in Walmer and Mongeham I give to William Denn, Thomas Denn and James Denn they the said William Thomas and James pay or ? to be paid to Mary Denn their mother nine pounds of good and lawful money of England yearly by half yearly payments so long as she remains a widow. And it shall be lawful for the said Mary my wife to re-enter upon the whole premises if it be not paid. My will is that if any my child die without heirs the other living shall be heir to it.
Item I give to Elizabeth Denn my daughter the Southermost End being half the house with half the ground one acre and a rod in Court Bottom with the appertuances thereto belonging lying in Ringwould and now in the occupation of William Pain.
Item I give to Mary Denn my daughter the northmost house in the Bottom where John Hall lives in Ringwould and the house Thomas ? lives in at Deal and the two houses in Deal that Mr Rene(?) and widow Gorman lives I give to William Denn and Thomas Denn my two sons and at two years after my wife decease my Executors pay to Elizabeth Denn and Mary Denn one hundred pounds apiece.
This being my last Will and Testament I ordain my loving wife Mary Denn my son William
