and of this my last will and testament, I do make
my said wife and daughter joint executrixes and do hereby voiding all former
wills by me made and do declare this to be my last will. in witness whereof I
have here unto set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of September in the
year of our Lord 1736. Thos Denne signed, sealed, published and declared by
the said Thomas Denne the testator and as for his last will and testament in
the presence of us who have subscribed as witnesses thereto at his bequest
and in his presence
Dan Harvey Gib: Hawker.
Whereas since my making the above written will I have been obliged with my
wifes consent to sell an Annuity of forty pounds a year issuing out of my farm
and lands in Brabourne in Kent towards the obtaining my son John Denns
liberty and to make composition for his debts by the moneys arising from the
sale of the said annuity and the conversion thereof. Now my will and desire is
that if the moneys arising from the sale thereof shall be more than sufficient to
pay the composition for my said sons debts, then I do give and bequeath such
overplus unto my said wife and daughter in such manner as I have already by
my above will made my bequeath to them. This I desire may be deemed as a
codicil and taken as a part of my will. Witness my hand and seal the 25th of
July 1731?. Thos Denne signed sealed published and declared by the said
testator as and for a part of this will in our presence who at his thought have
subscribed our names
Mary Bildingnets Gib: Hawker.
