Item I give and bequeath all my leases of all or any farm or farms I now hold and possess and all my moneys and moneys due and owing to me all my stock and crops of cattle hay corn and other my live and dead stock all my goods furniture and household and all other my personal estate rights and credits whatsoever and wheresoever unto my brother in law Richard Denne of Wingham in the County of Kent, Gentleman his executors administrators and assigns in trust to pay my debts and funerals and to pay and apply the residue of my said personal estate and effects whatsoever equally to and for the use and benefit in equal parts and proportions of my children Thomas Mary David Elizabeth and Martha Denne and for and towards their education and bringing up in the world and I do hereby name and appoint the said Richard Denne my brother in law Executor of this my said last Will and Testament.

Denne the Testatrix have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourth day of December in the year of our
Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty and the mark of Mary Denne. Signed sealed published and
declared by the said Mary Denne the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of
us who in her presence and in the presence of one another and at her request have subscribed our names
as witnesses.

This will was proved at London before the Worshipful Robert Chapman, Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Worshipful John Bettesworth also Doctor of Laws, Master, Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted the twelfth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty two by the oath of Richard Denne the sole Executor named in the said will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased being first sworn only to administer the same.
