Imprimus, I give and devise all and every my mesuages lands tenements hereditaments and Real Estate, whatso ever and whereso ever unto Jane Shooler, widow and relict of my late deceased brother John Shooler, and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life and from and immediately after her decease, I give and devise all and singular my said mesuages lands tenements and Real Estate unto my nephews and niece John Shooler, Richard Shooler Francis Shooler, and Sarah Giles, equally to be divided between them share and share alike. And to take as tenants in common and not as joint tenants and unto their several heirs and assigns forever.
Item, I give and bequeath unto the aforesaid Jane Shooler my green bed with the Steddle
Pillows, Bolsters, blankets, quilt valence hangings and furniture there unto belonging.
Item, I give and bequeath unto Anne Denne wife of David Denne brother of my late deceased
husband my yellow bed whereon I usually lie with the steddle pillows bolsters blankets quilts
valence hangings and furniture there unto belonging. And also my large silver spoon marked T.D.
Item, I give and bequeath unto Ann Shooler the wife of my aforesaid Nephew John Shooler
one pair of my fine homemade sheets marked T.D. one pair of my fine homemade pillow coats
marked also T.D. of my small Holland pillow coats, one of my small homemade pillow coats, one of my diaper
table cloths my large Huckerback Table Cloth marked T.D. my large silver spoon marked
A.S. and my large silver cup marked T.T.S. to be delivered unto her by my said Executrixes
herein after named within one calendar month next after my decease.
Item, I give and bequeath unto my aforesaid niece Sarah Giles my pair of Holland sheets
marked T.W. my pair of Holland pillow coats marked likewise T. W. one of my small Holland
pillow coats, one of my small homemade pillow coats, my yellow satin mantle, my white
Dimity mantle, one of my Damark Table cloths, my other large Huckerback table cloth, my
large silver spoon marked J. D. and my silver pink mug marked J.D. to be delivered unto her
by my said Executrixes within one calendar month next after my decease.
Item, I give and bequeath all my wearing apparel of all sorts unto the aforesaid Jane Shooler
to and for her own proper use and benefit.
Item, I give and bequeath all the real residue and remainder of my goods chattels and personal estate what soever and wheresoever after all my just debts, funeral expenses charges of proving this my last will and testament and other incidents charges shall be thereto fully paid and satisfied unto the said Jane Shooler and Anne Denne the wife of the said David Denne equally to be divided between them share and share alike and unto their several Executors, Administrators, and assigns forever. And I do hereby make nominate ordain and appoint the said Jane Shooler and Anne Denne executrixes of this my last will and testament.
And I do hereby revoke and make void all former wills and testaments by and at any time
made. And I do hereby publish and declare this and no other to be my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I the said Anne Denne the testator have to each sheet of this my last will
and testament on two sheets of paper contained set my hand and seal the twenty second day
of August in the said year of the reign of now sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of
God of Great Britain France and Ireland. King Defender of the Faith and soforth, and in the
year of our lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty six. Anne Denne her mark, signed
sealed published and declared by the said Anne Denne the testator to be her last will and
testament in presence of me who subscribed our names as witnesses here unto in the
presence and at the request of the said testator.
