I give to my dear son the Rev John Denne, Minister of Maidstone in Kent the sum of fifty
pounds old South Seas Annuities.
Also I give to my dear daughter in law Mary the beloved wife of my
son John Denne the like sum of fifty pounds old South Seas Annuities. Also I give to my dear daughter
Susanna Denne the like sum of fifty pounds old South Seas Annuities and my direction is that the said
several fifty pounds stock shall be transferred to each of them within three months after my decease.
I further give to my dear daughter Susanna Denne all my wearing apparel plate and rings.
And all the rest and residue of all my estate and effects real and personal whatsoever after the payment of my debts legacies and funeral expenses I do give devise and bequeath to my dear son the Reverend Samuel Denne Vicar of Wilmington aforesaid whom I do hereby appoint the Executor of this my last Will and Testament in the fullest confidence that he will in the discharge of this trust not only pay the aforesaid legacies but make likewise such additions to the same as he shall think I should approve of the state of my family and circumstances at the time of my decease being considered.

hereunto set my hand and seal the first day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
and seventy nine. Susanna Denne. Signed declared and published as and for her last Will and
Testament in the presence of us who subscribed our names as witnesses in the Testators presence and at
her request.

This will was proved at London on the seventeenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty one before the Worshipful Andrew ? ? Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Worshipful Peter Calvert Doctor at Laws Master Keeper of Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of the Reverend Samuel Denne, Clerk the son of the deceased and sole Executor named in the said will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer.
