I give and bequeath all and singular my goods chattels effects debts due and owing to me money securities for money and all other my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what kind or nature soever the same may be after the payment of all my just debts funeral expenses and the costs and charges of proving this my will unto my well beloved wife Anne Denne to and for her own use and benefit.
And I make constitute and
appoint my said wife Anne Denne full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. And
lastly I revoke all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I the said Henry Denne have to this my
last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the day and year first above written. Henry Denne.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Henry Denne as and for his last Will and Testament
in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto in his presence at
his request and in the presence of each other.

The before registered will of Henry Denne deceased was proved the third day of August 1789 before the Reverend Joshua Dix Clerk Surrogate to the Worshipful Sir William Scott Knight Doctor of Laws Commissary General of the City and Diocese of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Anne Denne widow the relict and sole Executrix named in the said will she being first sworn well and truly to perform the same.
