and as to all the residue and
remainder of my money goods chattels and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or
kind as ever the same may be at the time of my decease after payment of all my just debts, funeral
expenses, the charges of proving this my will and all other incident expenses being first ? therewith and
thereout paid and discharged. I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my daughter
Sarah Pain of Sheldwich aforesaid, widow and I do hereby nominate and appoint my said daughter
Sarah Pain sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all
former and other wills by me at any time herebefore made and I do hereby publish and declare this only
to be and contain my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said William Denne the
Testator have hereunto set and affixed my hand and seal this seventh day of September in the year of
our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety one. William Denne his mark. Signed sealed
published and declared by the said William Denne the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament
in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have
subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.

The before registered will of William Denne deceased was proved this thirty first day of December 1792 before the Reverend Joshua ? Clerk, Surrogate to the Worshipful Sir William Scott, Knight Doctor of Laws Official General to the ? the Archdeacon of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Sarah Pain widow the daughter of the deceased and sole Executrix named in the said will she being first sworn duly to perform the same.
