And in pursuance and execution of the powers and authorities given or received to or vested in me by my marriage settlement with my second and last husband the late William Denne and of all other powers and authorities enabling me thereto. I do by this my last Will and Testament by me signed sealed published and declared in the presence of the three persons whose names are subscribed in attestation thereof being credible witnesses give devise and direct limit and appoint. All those my several pieces or parcels of fresh marshland containing together in the whole by estimation fifty three acres whether of the same they be more or less with their and every of their appertuances lying and being in the several parishes of Ingue, Rucking and Newchurch or some or one of them in the said County of Kent now or late in the several and respective Tenures or Occupations of Blackyndew and Stephen Briggs unto and to the use of my son in law Edward Boys of Chatham aforesaid Tallow Chandler and my daughter Mary Elizabeth his wife and their heirs and assigns for ever.
I give and
bequeath my household goods furniture and implements of household and all my goods chattels stock
in the funds monies and securities for money and other my Personal Estate subject to the payment of
my debts and funeral expenses to the said Edward Boys and Mary Elizabeth his wife and I nominate
constitute and appoint the said Edward Boys and Mary Elizabeth his wife, Executors of this my will
and I declare this only to be and contain my whole and entire last Will and Testament hereby revoking
all other Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made. In Witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and seal the day and year first above written. Elizabeth Denne Signed, sealed published
and declared by the said Elizabeth Denne the Testator as and for her last Will and Testament in the
presence of us who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed
our names as witnesses.

Proved the eleventh day of August in the year of our Lord 1794 before the Reverend Arnold Carter, Clerk a Surrogate by the oaths of Edward Boys and Mary Elizabeth his wife daughter of the deceased the Executors to whom administration was granted they having been first sworn duly to administer.
