Also I do give devise and bequeath all and singular my messuages or tenements lands hereditaments and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever and also all and singular the rest and residue of my ready money securities for money stock in the public funds and all other my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my three brothers John Denne, Henry Denne and Thomas Denne also to my sister Catherine Eastes(?) wife of John Eastes of the Parish of St Margaret at Cliffe in the said County of Kent blacksmith and to their ? executors administrators and assigns forever equally to be divided between them share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint tenants and I do constitute and appoint my said brother John Denne and the said Edward Baker, Executors of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty ninth day of December in the thirtieth year of the reign
of King George the Third over Great Britain and so forth and in the year of our Lord one thousand
seven hundred and eighty nine. B Denne signed sealed published and declared by the said Benjamin
Denne the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and
in his presence have subscribed our names as witness.

This will was proved at London the thirtieth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety five before the Right Honourable Sir William Wynne, Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of John Denne the brother of the deceased and Edward Baker the Executors named in the said will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased having been first sworn by commission duly to administer.
