And I give and bequeath my sum of three hundred pounds or capital stock in the five per centum consolidated bank annuities unto my daughter Elizabeth the widow of Thomas Maxted to and for her own use she paying thereout nevertheless unto my grandson Henry Hudson the sum of twenty pounds Sterling which I give and bequeath to him as being my namesake.
Also I give and bequeath my sum of three hundred pounds capital stock in the ? five per centum bank
annuities unto my daughter Sarah the wife of William Hudson to and for her own use.
Also I give and
bequeath the sum of one hundred pounds Sterling unto my said daughter Sarah Hudson to and for her
own use.
And as to all other my messuages lands tenements and hereditaments goods chattels money securities for money and all other my estate whatsoever and wheresoever and as well real(?) as personal after and subject to the payment of my just debts legacies funeral and testamentary charges I give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto and to the use of my said daughter Elizabeth Maxted her heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever
and I nominate and appoint
my said daughter Elizabeth Maxted sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and hereby
revoking all former wills by me made I publish and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I the said Henry Denne the Testator have hereunto set and affixed my hand and seal
this eighth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen. Henry Denne

Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other
have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
Thomas Chandler of Wingham, Shopkeeper, George
Garrett Solicitor, Sandhurst(?) and Mary Anne Garrett.
Proved at Sunday 24th April 1819 before the worshipful John Daubray(?) Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Elizabeth Maxted widow the daughter the sole Executrix to whom administration was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
