I give and bequeath the printing office at the south side of Queen Street in Margate aforesaid adjoining ? House Takeaway(?) and ? House with all the printing presses, type and bookbinding ? whatever ? it may ? to my lawful wife Mary Denne for her sole use and benefit. I give and bequeath all my household furniture fixtures, stock of stationing, book ? with plate and whatever ? therein contained at my ? No 4 Queen Street, Margate aforesaid to my said wife Mary Denne for her sole use and benefit.
I give and bequeath the policies of insurance which I now hold in the ? ? Policy Company ? ? ? ? to my said wife Mary Denne for her sole use and benefit. I give and bequeath all monies that may arise from the burial ? to which I now belong or may belong at my death and all and every other property, goods, chattels and effects that I may now have or at any other time hereafter become possessed of to my said wife for her sole use and benefit.
I hereby nominate and appoint my
said wife Mary Denne my sole Executrix to this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this first day of September one thousand eight hundred and fifty one.
James Denne. ? published and declared by the Testator ? and for his last Will and Testament in the
presence of us both present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of
each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

Proved at London the 27th day of June 1853 before the Worshipful William ? ? Doctor of Laws and Surrogate to the oath of Mary Denne, widow the ? the sole Executrix to whom administration was granted having first sworn only to administer.
