I appoint Mr George Paine Hairdresser and Mr Berren Brown Farmer both of the parish of Appledore in Kent Executors of this my Will
I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Moss wife of George Moss the use of the house and
furniture in which I now live for the term of ten years after my decease
and also after the death of my sister Charlotte Frampton the said Elizabeth Moss shall
receive the rent of the house where my sister Charlotte is now living until the
expiration of the above named ten years
at which time if my sister Charlotte be
dead the property shall be sold and the money arising from the sale thereof to
be placed out in the same manner as I shall direct the proceeds of the sale of
my following property to be viz. my two houses in the parish of Stone in the
County of Kent now in the occupation of James Frampton and William Playce
respectively Four houses at the Old Workhouse in the above Parish in the
occupation of S Burt T Shoebridge � Wansall and � Goldstock also the half part
of two houses at Bern Bay Seven houses at Rotherhithe on the North side Two
houses numbers 23 and 24 on the East side used as a Beershop on a lease of
twenty one years to Calver Moss
I Will and direct the above houses to be sold as soon as convenient after my death and the money arising from the sale thereof to be placed out to interest in the Public Funds until my youngest grandchild shall be twenty one years of age and then the principal and interest shall be equally divided among all my grandchildren or their heirs share and share alike
And I direct that my said Executors shall not be accountable the one for the other but each for his own acts receipts deeds and defaults only not for involuntary losses and that my said Executors shall and may reimburse themselves and each other all costs and expenses which they may sustain in the execution of this my Will and I hereby revoke all my former Wills and declare this to be my last Will and Testament

subscribed my name this twenty third day of December one thousand eight
hundred and fifty six � Wm Dennis � signed and declared by the said William
Dennis the Testator as and to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of
us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other at the
same time have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses

Proved at London the 6th March 1857 before the Worshipful Thomas Spinks Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of George Paine one of the Executors to whom admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer Berren Brown the other Executor having first renounced the Probate and execution of the said Will (as by Acts of Court appears).
