Item I give to the poor of the Dutch Congregation at Sandwich five Pounds Sterling to be paid and disposed of to them in such manner as
my Executor shall think best
and Do give to my Cousin John Dekewer and my Cousin Abigail Stamper and my Cousin Peter Cricket five pounds sterling a peice
Item I do give and Bequeath to my son John Devincke five hundred pounds of lawfull money of England
Item I do give to my two Daughters Elizabeth and Katherine to Each of them Twelve hundred pounds a peice of lawfull money
of England
Item I give and bequeath to my son Benjamin Devincke the Sume of fourteen hundred Pounds Sterling over and above what I have already
given unto him
Item I give unto my Son in Law Mr Edward Wivell and to my Daughter his Wife ten Pounds sterling a peice
Item I give and Devise to my son William Devincke and to his Heirs Extors and Assigns all and singular my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever with the Appurtenances together with all the rest and residue of my Good Chattells Stock Plate Moneys Debts Credits and Personal Estate not before Bequeathed he paying all my Debts Legacys and the necessary Charges and Expences of my Executorship of this my Will out of my said Estate given to him
and I do make and ordain my said Sons John and William Devinck joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I do order and appoint that in case there do happen to be five hundred pounds Sterling or more lost by bad and desperate Debts due to my estate at the time of my Decease then such loss shall be equally borne by my said Sons and Daughter my Legatees in proportion to the several Legacys hereby given to them out of my Personal Estate and I do hereby enjoin all my said Children to live in Love and Unity with one another and to be fully Satisfied in all things contained in this my Will
and I do conclude the same revoking all former Wills by me made
