furthermore I doe hereby give to my mother the full and just sume of Three hundred pounds to be paid her immediately after my
decease out of such arreares Rents and profitts as shall be then next received from any part of my Estate
and I doe further give her the full and just sume of Three hundred pounds more to be paid within one year
after my decease with lawfull Interest from the time of my decease
I doe also Give and Devise to my brother and his Heires Executors and Administrators respectively that Leasehold Estate and all those Lands which are particularly mentioned in my Father�s Will as given and Devised unto me, as likewise all my other Estates whatsoever whether they be reall or personall in like manner as if all had been particularly expressed for this purpose In Trust and to the Intent that soe much thereof shall be found necessary may be sold or disposed of as soon after my death as soon as may be for the paying and discharging all my Father�s debts and Legacys which are not already discharged and for the paying of all my Debts as likewise those Legacys which are or shall be mentioned therein, And that all the surplus and residue thereof may remaine and be to the sole use and benefitt of him my said brother his Heirs Executors and Administrators respectively for ever.
Furthermore I doe hereby give to my sister the full and just sume of Five hundred Pounds to be paid on the day
of her marriage provided she marry during my Mother�s Life with her approbation and consent
In default of which I doe Give and appoint it to my brother.
I doe also give and Devise to my Aunt Harris the full and just sume of fifty Pounds
To my Uncle Mr Harris the sume of fifty Pounds
And to my Cousin Sarah Brodnax sume of fifty Pounds
And to Thomas Cowslad of the Inner Temple Esq the full and just sume of One hundred pounds
my Will also and desire is that the sume of Twenty Pounds be paid to Daniel Chow within six months from the time of my decease,
and that the sume of Ten pounds be also distributed to the Poor belonging to the Parish of Chilham in such a Manner and in such portions and to such
persons as my Executors or the Survivor of them shall think fitt and appoint.
And I doe hereby constitute my Mother and Brother to be sole Executors of this my Will
In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the day of ___ in the year of our Lord ____
And now I commend my Soul and Body to the mercy and Protection of Almighty God most humbly begging and beseeching Him to pardon all my sins
negligences and Ignorances through Jesus Christ our Saviour
