and Whereas it was my design to have given my Son Collonel Thomas Digges a Legacy
equall to my Grandchildren if he had not been in my Debt I do therefore Give and bequeath to my said Son Collonel Thomas
Digges the Sum of Ten Guineas
And I do also hereby acquit him of all Debts due to me for money lent him Bills paid for him
or money disburst to him by me
And do give and bequeath to my two Grandsons West and Dudley Digges the summe of fifty Guineas each to be paid them by my Daughter Williamson when she thinks it will be most useful to them and desire her for the time she has it in her hands to get as good Interest for it as she can for the use of my two Grandsons aforesaid
I do also give and bequeath to my Granddaughter Caroline Williamson fifty Guineas
I do Give bequeath and demise to my said Daughter Elizabeth Williamson all the residue of my Real and Personal Estates Goods and Chattels to her own use for ever appointing her my whole and sole Executrix to this my last Will and Testament revoking all other Wills by me made
and I Give to Sarah Lawrance all my Cloaths
this is my last Will and Testament made this 7th day of October in the Year of our Lord 1739 Eliz Digges
