The last Will and Testament of Edward Diprose of Cranbrook in the County of Kent Labourer made this tenth day of January one thousand eight hundred & ten
First I commend my spirit to God & my Body to the Earth by a decent burial to be directed by my Exors hereinafter named

I Give & bequeath to my Exors all my Personal Property Moneys Securities for Money & all my Property of every description that I shall be entitled to at my decease In Trust for the purposes hereinafter named that is to say
first I direct that all my just Debts Funeral Expences Expences of proving & executing this my last Will be first duly paid
I will direct & appoint that my Exors shall distribute the sum of Forty pounds Unto & among such & so many Persons as they in their unbiased judgement possess the fear of God in their Hearts & usually assemble at the place where I do & shall continue to assemble with me to worship they being persons that my Exors shall in & from the best of their judgement appear most in want of such donation

the remainder of my Property I will & direct shall by my Exors be distributed share & share alike to & amongst
John, Thomas, Samuel, Mary Ann, & Sophia Diprose the Children of my Brother Thomas Diprose
also to Henry, John, Sarah, Ann & Frances Diprose the Children of my Brother Henry Diprose
& also to James Colebrook the Son of my late Sister Ann Colebrook

or to so many of them as shall survive the period of my Exors distributing this my Legacy

And I do hereby nominate constitute & appoint Mr Isaac Beeman & Mr George Lansdell of Cranbrook & Mr Thomas Lavender of Horsmonden to be my Exors to execute this my last Will & Testament Edward Diprose
