I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Amy Diprose all my household goods and furniture plate linen china clothes books papers and all my effects and things in my dwellinghouse or at the dwellinghouse where I may reside at the time of my death for and during the term of her natural life for her own sole use and benefit
I also give and bequeath unto my said dear Wife Amy for her own use and benefit during the term of her natural life the interest
dividends and proceeds of all the Residue of my Personal Estate whether consisting of money or securities for money or otherwise
and I direct that such part of my Personal Estate as shall not consist of money or securities for money and as is not
before mentioned as soon as convenient after my decease be converted into money and put out at interest
And from and after the decease of my said Wife the I direct that my personal estate and effects shall be divided into six equal parts
or shares
And I give and bequeath one sixth part thereof to my Daughter Betsy Court,
One other sixth part thereof to my Daughter Mary Sargeant,
One other sixth part thereof to my Daughter Sarah Shotal(?)
One other sixth part thereof to my Son Thomas Diprose,
One other sixth part thereof to my Son William Diprose,
and the remaining sixth part to the Son and Daughter of my deceased Son John Diprose in equal proportions
And I do hereby nominate and appoint John Watts of Maidstone Kent Linen Draper and my said Wife Amy Executor and Executrix of this my Will
