I do hereby nominate institute and appoint William Tarbutt Basket Maker and Henry Pethurst Cabinet Maker and both of Cranbrook aforesaid to be Executors of this my Will and request that will out of my Property discharge all my just debts and funeral expences
and I do further give unto my dear wife all the interest arising or that may arise (after the aforesaid claims are discharged) from my household goods stock in trade debts and Moveable Effects for her benefit and that of my dear children viz John Thomas William and Matilda Jane
I do hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament to which I have set my hand and seal the day and year first above written in the
presence of us who have subscribed our hand in witness hereunto John Disprose
