It is my Will that All such Debts as I may Owe to any person or persons whatsoever be out thereof in the first place paid & discharged
I give & bequeath to my Beloved Wife Elizabeth One Cottage Divided into Two Dwellings with the
Outhouses Garden & Appurtenances, and One small piece or parcel of Land thereunto belonging
scituate in the parish of Borden in the said County of Kent in a certain Street there called Chestnut
Street now in the occupation of Edward Marshal & Thomas Thompson for and during the term of
her Natural Life
And from and after her decease I do Bequeath & Devise the said One Cottage of Two
Tenements to my Eldest son William Doe To hold the said premises with their appurtenances to him
the said William Doe & to his Heirs for ever.
I give to my son John Doe the sum of Three pounds of Lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid to him by my Executrix in Twelve months after my decease
I Give Devise and Bequeath to my said Wife Elizabeth One Tenements with the Outhouses Garden
Lands containing about fifteen Acres be the same more or less and all & singular the appurtenances
thereto belonging or therewith usually occupied & enjoyed scituate in the Parish of Hollinborn in the
said County of Kent in a Street there called Broad Street and now in the Tenure or Occupacon of
William Wills (which said premises were by me purchased of Robert Wood) to her for and during
the Term of her Natural Life
And from and after her decease I do Give Devise and Bequeath the said
Tenement and premises to my Two Younger Sons Thomas Doe and Isaac Doe and to their Heires
for Ever To Hold the same as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants.
It is also my Will that all the Rest and Residue of my Estate whatsoever, either real or personal Debts Goods Chattels Houshold Stuff Ustensils of Husbandry Corn on the Ground or in the Barn Stock of Cattell Horses Cows Sheep as of any other kind The Lease of the Farm which I hold of Mr Thatcher with all other writeings of whatever Nature or Quality I do Give & Bequeath the same to my said Wife Elizabeth Doe whom I do hereby Nominate Appoint and Ordaine to be full & Sole Executrix of this my Last Will & Testament
And I do hereby Revoke disannul & make void all or any other Will or Testament by me heretofore
made In witness whereof I have to this my Last Will & Testament put my Hand & Seal the Day &
Year Above written

This will was proved by the Oaths of Thomas Doe and Isaac Doe the naturall and lawfull Sons of the
deceased to whom Administration with the will annexed of the Goods of the said deceased was
committed they being sworne duly to administer the same (Elizabeth Doe the Relict of the deceased
and sole Executrix herein named dying before she had taken upon her the Execution of)
