In the Name of God Amen January 7th 1795 I William Ducey of the Parish of Eltham in the County of Kent being now in my Perfect Senses but in an infirm�d State of Health
Do hereby Give and Bequeath unto my beloved Wife Ann Ducey The whole and full of my Effects Real and Personal upon Consideration that she the said Ann Ducey do bring up and Educate at her own Charge my Niece Ann Wells until she shall be of Age (Viz) twenty one years
and that when the said Ann Wells shall have attained the age above mentioned that Ann Ducey as aforesaid shall pay unto her the said Ann Wells the Sum of Fifty Pounds in lawful Money of Great Britain

This I do declare to be my last Will and Testament and do hereby intirely disannul All other Wills and Testaments of Whatsoever kind that may be

As Witness my hand this seventh Day of January in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety five W: Ducey
