In the Name of God Amen January the 19th 1804 I Ann Ducey of the Parish of Eltham in the County of Kent Widow being of sound Mind but in an infirm State of health do hereby make and appoint Edward Everest my Nephew and Son of my Brother William Everest to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament

And I do give and bequeath to my said Executor all my Effects real and personal of what kind soever or wheresoever subject nevertheless to the following Legacies that is to say he shall pay
to his Cousin Edward Everest the Sum of Twenty Pounds
and likewise to Ann Brown Sister to the last mentioned Edward Everest the like Sum of Twenty Pounds
Also to William Everest Brother to the two last mentioned the like Sum of Twenty Pounds
Also to Sophia Susanna Page his Cousin Ten Pounds
and also to Richard Killick who some time since lived with me the like Sum of Ten Pounds
likewise to William Page Brother to the said Susanna Page Five Pounds
I also give to Mrs Elizabeth Green Five Pounds
and to Ann Wells the like Sum of Five Pounds

My Cloaths to be equally shared between Ann Brown and Sophia Susanna Page both aforementioned
The whole of the aforesaid Legacies to such as are of Age to be paid within one Year of my decease and to those who are not of Age within one Month after they shall become of Age

Duely signed sealed and delivered the day and Year first above written in the presence of
Hatfield Southall _ William Weedon _ Ann Ducey
