This is the last wyll & Testament of me the said Thomas Ducke concerning all my lands tenements whatsoever
I give unto John Duck my sone in fesymple for ever
and I wyl & geve unto Alce my wyf �6 by the yeare halfe yearly to be payd and if it shal happen any part or
porcon to be hind unpaid so then it shall be lafull for my wyf to inter & dystraine and distress
so taken to impound And my sonne John to finde his mother wood to burne
The Rest of my goodes & Cattels I geve unto Alice my wif all the wheat on the grounds and on coowe & to kine
I geve unto my sonne to yearelyng bullocks and my sheep I geve unto John Ducke my sone
Item I geve to John Barton my daughters sonn 4 sheepe to be implied to his use by his unkle at the yeares of 24 of age
Item I will & bequayth unto Margarete Barton my daughters daughter �25 of goode and lawul mony of England to be payd to hyr at the yeare of 25 yeares of her age by hyr unkle John Duck
Item Five hoges I wyl 3 to my wyf & to to my sone
And if happen to my daughter to dy before she com to hyr ful ag then it to be payde to hyr brother at 30 yeares of his ag
And I ordayne and make Ailce my wyf & John Duck my sonn mine Excecutores to this wyll & Testament & I make Nicholas Wod my kinsmane my overseer
