First I give and bequeath unto my Brother William Floyd of Newnham in the said County of Kent Yeoman my wearing aparrel of all Sorts Both
Linnen and Woollen
also all the Rest and Residue of my Goods Chattles Chattles and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever after my
Debts Funeral Expences Probate of this my Will and all necessary Charges and Disbursements incident thereunto are paid and discharged
I give and bequeath the same unto my said Brother William Floyd
whom I do hereby make sole executor of this my Will and I hereby revoke all former Wills and
Testaments by me made and do publish and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said John Dunken have to this my last Will and Testament sett my hand and Seal dated the day and year first above written

Testament in the presence of us whose names were also subscribed hereunto in the presence of the said
Testator, the Interlineation in the Fifteenth Line being first made

The above registered Will of John Dunken deceased was proved the Fourth Day of April 1741 before the Revd. Richard Momus, Clerk, lawfull Surrogate to the Worshipfull George Paul, Doctor of Laws, Vicar General to the most Revd. Father in God John by divine Providence Lord Archbishop of Canterbury, Primate of all England and Metropolitan, exercising his ordinary Visitation in and through his whole diocese and City of Canterbury and adm:on [administration] of all and singular the Goods Chattles and Credits any way concerning his Will was committed to William Floyd, sole Executor therein named, he being first sworn well and truly to perform ye same /.
