In the Name of God Amen I Samuel Durrant of Groombridge in the Parish of Speldhurst in the County of Kent Miller being weak in Body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding Praised be God for the same do this seventeenth day of January in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and one make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say

First I will that all my just Debts Funeral Expences and the expence of proving this my will first paid and discharged and after payment I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of all my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or quality soever the same may be unto my dear wife Elizabeth Durrant her Heirs Executors and Admors for ever to and for her and their own use and benefit

And I do here by Nominate Constitute and Appoint John Bishopp of Withyham in the County of Sussex Gentleman and William Garrett of Withyham aforesaid Yeoman Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all and every other Will and Wills at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament
