also I give devise and bequeath all and every my Real and Personal Estate Stock in trade monies and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever which I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease unto John Wain of All hallows aforesaid Farmer and Richard Everist the younger of the same parish Farmer their Heirs Executors and Administrators upon trust
that they my said trustees their heirs executors or Administrators of the Survivor of them or the Heirs or Administrators of such Survivor shall and do as soon as they conveniently can after my decease collect get in and recover all such debts and monies as shall be due and owing to me at the time of my decease and also sell and dispose of all and every my said Real and Personal Estate Stock in trade and effects either by public Sale or private Contract for the best price or prices that can or may be reasonably had or gotten for the same and as and when they shall deem most beneficial for my estate and from the produce to arise from the collection of such debts and from the Sale and disposal of all and every my said estate and effects immediately to invest the same in some one or other of the Government public Stocks or Funds and shall and do pay and apply the dividends and Interest which shall from time to time arise and grow due thereon in and about the maintenance education and bringing up of all and every of such of my Child or Children shall or may be living at the time of my decease until he she or they shall respectively attain the age of twenty one years
and when and as soon as the youngest of my said Children shall attain such age then I direct my said trustees and Executors to divide and pay the residue and remainder of my said Estate and effects unto and equally amongst all and every of my said Child or Children as shall be living at the time of my decease as aforesaid share and share alike the Child or Children of such of them as shall be then dead and taking the part or share his or her Father or Mother would have been entitled to if living
and lastly I do hereby make nominate and appoint the said John Wain and Richard Everist Executors of this my Will hereby revoking and making void all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Samuel Eldridge the Testator to this my Will contained in two sheets of paper to the first sheet
