Secondly I desire my Funeral expences and all my just debts by faithfully paid and the remainder of my property of whatever kind it may be whether Freehold
Copyhold Leasehold or personal property I give and bequeath to my loving wife Ann Elliott during her natural life
and at her decease then I desire my property may be divided among my children equally share and share alike
Thirdly if my aforesaid wife Ann Elliott should marry again or cohabit with any other man then I desire my property of whatever kind or nature to be taken from her and equally divided among my children
Fourthly I appoint John Gluck publican of Queen Street Greenwich and Thomas Lakin gardener of East Lane Greenwich executors to this my
last will and testament �Henrey Elliott- Signed sealed and published in the presence of us
and in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses thereof

On the 14th December 1816 admon with the will annexed of the Goods of Henry otherwise Henery Elliott late of the parish of Greenwich in the County of Kent waterman deceased was granted to Ann Elliott widow the Relict and residuary Legatee for life or widowhood named in the said will she having been first sworn duly to administer. John Gluck and Thomas Lakin the executors named in the said will having first renounced.
