First I direct that all my just debts and testamentary expences be paid
And as to all the rest and residue of my estate and effects of what nature or kind soever the same may be or consist of at the
time of my decease I give and bequeath the same unto my dear wife Elizabeth Elliott for the support of herself and my five children
namely Ann Elizabeth, Thomas William, Sarah Jane, John Henry and Eliza and all other lawful born children she may have by me
And I appoint my said wife executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this only to be my last will and testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty ninth of October in the year of Our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and twenty nine -Thomas Elliott
- signed sealed published and declared by the said Thomas Elliott the Testator as and for the last will and testament in the presence of us who
in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses the
word October being first interlined
