Item I give and devise unto my Wife Elizabeth Emms her Heirs and Assigns for ever all that my Messuage or Tenement together with all other the Erections Buildings Gardens and Land also belonging thereunto with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging situate lying and being in Edenbridge aforesaid and now in my own occupation
But subject nevertheless to pay to my Sister Elizth Fish of the Parish of Sanderstead in the County of Surry the Sum of five
Pounds as hereafter is mentioned
also I give and bequeath unto my Sister Elizth Fish the Sum of five Pounds of good and lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid her by my Executrix
within six Months next after my decease
Also all my Household and other Goods Chattells ready Money Money at Interest on Bonds Notes or otherwise and all my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever not herein before by me given and disposed I give and bequeath unto my loving Wife Elizabeth Emms her Executors and Administrators for ever
And Lastly I do hereby make nominate and appoint my said Wife Elizth Emms full and sole Executrix of this my said Will and I do hereby revoke and make void all former Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said John Emms to this my said Will containing of one Sheet of Paper my hand and Seal have set
this fourth day of December in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy three John Emms X his mark and Seal
