In the Name of God Amen I Stephen Epps of Hythe do declare this as my last Will and Testament

first I give and bequeath to my dear wife Mrs Epps if she should survive me all my Property I may die possessed of during her natural life

and at her death my will is that all should descend to my Nephew James Lampard after paying the following legacies that is to say

to my sister Elizabeth Rogers the sum of fifteen pounds
to my Nephew John Rogers fifteen pounds
to my Nephew Thomas Rogers fifteen pounds
to my Nephew Richard Rogers fifteen pounds
to my Nephew Edward Rogers fifteen pounds
to my Nephew Henry Rogers fifteen pounds
to my Niece Mary fifteen pounds
to my Niece Sarah Rogers fifteen pounds
to my Niece Mary Pope one hundred pounds
to my Niece Mary Ann Reader fifty pounds
to my Nephew Edward Randall and his family one hundred pounds
to William Chambers son of the aforesaid Mary Pope fifty pounds

and I do appoint William Deeds Esqre joint Executor with the aforesaid James Lampard to do according to this my last Will and Testament _ Stephen Epps
